Make sure you always label all your packages with name and address of the receiver.

 

Note that your goods will be sent with the packaging it has upon arrival to our warehouse, no additional packaging will be done by us.

 

Make sure you always have a specified contents lists covering the items in your packages, the list shall be in English.

 

A lot of products e.g. vehicles, batteries etc are classified as dangerous goods when transported by air/ocean/truck – contact us for information

 

The rate for your goods are base either on actual weight or on volume weight. The form for calculation is:

Length * Width* Height in cm/6000= the volume weight in kg.

You should then compare the calculated volume weigh in kg with the actual weight in kg, the rate will be based on the highest of the two.

 

Our rates are valid up to 10 packages. If you have more packages an additional charge will be added.
